You can talk about everything, just not over five minutes! Some people hardly get to the point. Getting to it, is a characteristic of good decisions of innovators, not followers. Should we be the lamb or the wolf? It is better to change early on out of a position of strength, make decisions “within the space of seven breaths” like a samurai, than analysis paralysis until it is almost too late?
 
The time for decision is always a moment of truth. Did I gather enough information before making a commitment? Is it absolutely necessary to take a tough decision now, or is it more advisable to “Keep calm and carry on” until the matter is over? Isn’t it more comfortable to lean back until someone else makes a move? However, also taking no decision is a kind of decision.
 
Ultimately it is: Better a decision than none! Who decides, can influence the course of events. But did I also put my heart and soul into it? Whether a move is perceived as a head or gut decision, the last word always has the inner voice. But do I reserve enough time to listen carefully in the midst of all my everyday hectic?
