Did you ever feel completely off the mark when listening to a presentation and then asked yourself the all-important question: "What’s this all about?" A logical structure of argumentation chains helps to gradually introduce the listeners to the topic.
 
A clear structure will guide the audience through a train of thought and invite it to paint a picture of the future together. Visual aids that catch the eye together with “fun” elements increase memorability. Good presentations tell a story. Coming “top down” straight to the point “like a bull at the gate” is preferable in circumstances of limited time, impatience, or low attention.
  
Active involvement of listeners elevates them from passive recipients of a sales pitch to participants in meaningful dialogue. Paraphrasing acknowledges criticism, as restating means sharing the emotion which is especially important when there are also culture and language barriers to overcome. This also includes different objectives and approaches to decision-making by science.
